Membership Fee Usage Policy and Declaration

All new and existing members are hereby formally informed that the membership fee is strictly and exclusively allocated for expenses related to funeral services, condolence gatherings (Fateha), and burial arrangements for members and their families.

These funds shall not, under any circumstances, be used for any other committee activities, programs, projects, or administrative and operational expenses.

The Committee is committed to upholding the principles of financial transparency, accountability, and fiduciary responsibility, and will ensure that all related expenditures are properly documented and reported.

By joining the Committee and paying the membership fee, the member fully acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these terms.
